NuzzFest
The Basics
What is NuzzFest?
NuzzFest is a full weekend of Nuzzles!
Imagine everything you’ve come to expect at a Nuzzles social event spread out over a long weekend of fun. For full details of what is on offer at this year’s camp, check out the event listing.
Will NuzzFest be at an accessible venue?
For 2026, our venue will be at a location that is mostly flat ground, though there are some uneven areas of the site. If you have any concerns, please contact us through one of the means below.
Accessible toilets/showers – there are no stepless accessible toilets or showers on site, however we would look to hire where possible, please email us to let us know (we would need time to do this, due to hire availability).
We will try our best to find a venue that is accessible for those with mobility needs. However, NuzzFest will be a camping event and the majority of camp sites/fields we will have access to for these types of events is limited. Please check back here for an update or contact a founder admin on Telegram or email [email protected] and we will provide images or further information to try and aid you with coming to NuzzFest.
My 18th birthday is on the weekend of NuzzFest, can I still come?
NuzzFest is a full weekend event. It will be at least Friday through to the Sunday. If your birthday falls on the Saturday then you would not be allowed on the site until Saturday morning at the earliest. You would be able to attend from the day of your birthday and not before, however the full price of NuzzFest would need to be paid (even if you cannot attend the first part).
If this is the case, please send us an email to [email protected] before purchasing your ticket for the event. We can then check your ID to make sure there will be no issues on the day & if you’re going to be ordering food we can see about removing the cost of the food you will not be there for.
You will not be able to join the Telegram chats or follow us on socials until your 18th birthday, so we would try to keep you updated via email or directly via Telegram about any event updates for your purchased ticket.
What is the dress code?
As NuzzFest is a SFW event, the dress code would follow a normal Nuzzles event while you are outside of your tent.
What do I need to bring with me?
NuzzFest is a camping weekend – so expect to bring what you’d need for any other camping trip. And your gear!
There are toilets, showers, drinking water and our very own Hydrant Cocktail Bar! Bar snacks & Large cocktails at extremely good value (we are not like other events that hike the prices – no £8+ vodka and cokes here).
Just think of things like – Chairs, what your sleeping on/under, power (there will be power available to charge devices in the day in the marquee), food if your self catered (and a way to cook), Shower stuff, etc.
We offer either self-catered of catered tickets for NuzzFest, so you can either sort your own grub, or put your paws up and let us do the hard work. Our menu will be available to peruse when choosing your ticket options – head on over and check them out.
How do I get there?
For 2026, the venue is just outside the nearby town of Romsey. This is the closest train station if you are coming by rail, and there is a local taxi company that can take you from there to the farm.
Car parking is freely available on the site for those coming by car.
Camping and Facilities
Can I bring a motorhome or caravan?
For 2026, motorhomes are permitted on site but unfortunately caravans are not.
Please let us know when purchasing your ticket if you are planning on bringing a motorhome so we know how many to expect.
There are a limited number of electric hook-up pitches available too – this is a ticket add-on. Portable generators are not permitted to be used on site.
Is drinking water available on site?
Yes, drinking water is available from a communal tap by the toilet and shower block.
Psst…..There will also be free; hot & cold water, squash, tea, coffee (inc decaf coffee) & hot chocolate at the end of The Hydrant Bar – Please help yourself to a cup or two 🙂
Can I park next to my tent?
As the camping is in a woodland area, parking next to tents is unfortunately not possible. There is a dedicated car park field on site.
Motorhomes will be arranged directly next to the woodland camping area so you won’t be far from the action!
Can I just pick where I want to pitch up?
We have our lovely team that will direct you to where you will be pitching up your tent. Unfortunately, due to site safety, you cannot just pitch up anywhere.
We are also limited on space, so we will be keeping tents close, however there is minimum gaps we must adhere to.
Please follow our staffs instructions – failure to do so may require you to move your tent.
Are there toilets and showers available?
Yes – there are real functioning toilets and a shower available for use on the site. Just bring your shampoo & towel etc 🙂
Can I wash my cooking and eating utensils?
There is a dedicated outdoor kitchen sink for washing up outside the toilet block.
Is there electricity on site?
There is! We have a limited number of electric hook-up pitches available that can be reserved by purchasing a ticket add-on from the web shop.
Otherwise, there will be an area to charge your devices freely available in the main marquees during the day while the generator is running (approx. 8am till 1am ).
Can I use my own generator?
No – fuel (petrol, diesel etc) driven generators are not permitted on site both on the grounds of safety and noise disturbance to others around you.
Battery banks are of course welcome!
What’s the mobile signal like? Is there WiFi?
Mobile signal is average to relatively decent – but this may vary.
There will be free WiFi available to use too.
Are dogs or pets allowed on site?
Unfortunately, actual pets like dogs are not permitted on site at NuzzFest.
While the venue itself may be accepting, our own insurance policy and potential risk to other guests and their gear means we’ve had to make the decision to decline pets.
Can I have my tent next to my friends?
Camping allocation is done first come, first served. The site we use doesn’t have allocated pitches.
If you want your tents next to each other, please plan to arrive at the same time, or if you arrive early, park up your car/put your stuff aside, relax and wait for your friends to arrive 🙂
Catering and Self Catering
What is included in the fully catered ticket option?
The full menu options can be found on the ticket selection – check them out to see what is on offer!
Can I buy food on the day?
Unfortunately main meals will not be purchasable on the day – the meals will be set and quantities finalised before the actual event so we can get you all fed in good time at each meal.
There will be bar snacks available to buy during the day from The Hydrant Bar. Things like hotdogs, chicken strips, nachos, and other snacks, but we wouldn’t rely on these as your only meal. Also subject to availability.
Can I use cooking equipment next to my tent?
Yes, gas-powered cooking equipment is permitted so long as anything hot is at least 30cm off of the ground to avoid burning it, and you have suitable means of extinguishing any fire.
We’d advise having your own fire extinguisher or at least two litres of water to hand just in case at a minimum. This is in addition to the site fire fighting equipment.
Do not put anything hot directly on the venue’s benches, tables, grass or seating that could burn, mark or otherwise damage them.
Can I use disposable BBQs?
Only gas-powered cooking equipment is permitted in the camping area.
