Refund Policy for Event Tickets
We are committed to providing a transparent and fair refund policy in accordance with consumer law. By purchasing a ticket to our event, you agree to the terms outlined below:
1. General Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:
- Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled in full (i.e., it does not take place at all), you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
- Significant Change to Event: If there is a significant change to the event, such as a change in venue, or date (not due to force majeure), you may be entitled to a full or partial refund, at our discretion.
2. Change of Mind or Personal Circumstances
Refunds are not available if:
- You change your mind after purchasing;
- You can no longer attend due to personal circumstances (e.g., illness, travel issues, scheduling conflicts);
- You fail to attend the event for any reason.
These circumstances do not qualify as grounds for a refund under consumer law.
3. Transferability
Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
If you wish to request transferal of your ticket, please do so in writing by emailing [email protected]. Please note we reserve the right to deny such requests: transfers are at the management’s discretion. We encourage you to use secure and reputable resale platforms if applicable.
4. Event Postponement
If the event is postponed:
- Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
- If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may be entitled to a refund within a designated period, which will be communicated when the postponement is announced.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for refunds or compensation if the event is cancelled or changed due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or acts of government.
In such cases, we will do our best to offer alternative solutions (e.g., rescheduling, digital access, credit vouchers), but refunds are not guaranteed.
6. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests (where eligible) must be made in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the cancellation or significant change being announced. Please include your order number, persona name, and the reason for your request.
7. Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
